Knightsen, founded in 1898 is located in Contra
Costa County, California.The Town is unincorporated
and covers several square miles of farm and ranch
land. Two sides of Knightsen are bordered by
waterways of the Sydney Delta. The population
today is 1,226 . Knightsen is currently in the process
and creating a " CSD " or Community Services
District in order to provided proper water quality,
drainage, and protect itself from rampant growth.
